Step 1.

We view your property, agree the specifics of the contract and together decide upon the monthly rent you are to be paid and the term of the contract.

Our legal team draw up an agreement for signature once both parties are content to proceed.

Step 3.

An upgrade to the property will take place (if required) - in line with the premium standards expected by our guest. We will then manage the property for the term agreed.

Step 4.

This is the of the start of a longstanding partnership with Amazing Abode. You now receive the agreed monthly rental income and have that peace of mind that we promise.

Step 5.

At the end of the contract term, you have the choice of extending your contract with us or you can simply take the property back.
